Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Direct Sales Representative for Waves Pest Control, you’ll be responsible for:

• Generating Leads: Use door-to-door sales techniques to connect with potential customers and introduce them to our pest control solutions.
• Building Strong Relationships: Understand customer concerns and provide tailored pest control solutions to meet your specific needs.
• Exceeding Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate sales records.
• Earning Residuals: Enjoy ongoing income from customers you sign up, with residual percentages increasing as you grow your customer base.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have proven experience in sales, with pest control experience as an added advantage.
• Excel at building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Are ambitious, self-driven, and thrive in competitive environments.
• Are bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
• Have experience in technical sales (preferred but not required).

Job Requirements

• Location: Must be able to relocate or commute to Lakewood Ranch, FL, and surrounding areas.
• Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
• License: A valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in the past 7 years.
• Screening: Must pass background and drug screening tests.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
