Job Summary:

We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist / Online Sales Specialist to help manage and grow our online sales operations. This role will support website content, product listings, digital marketing, customer inquiries, online order management, building the e-commerce sales channel, and overall e-commerce development and management.

Responsibilities and Duty:

• Create, update, and manage online product listings, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and product data.
• Assist with and manage website content, product pages, landing pages, online catalog organization, and general website updates.
• Help develop and manage online sales channels for cabinetry, vanities, and related home products.
• Coordinate with internal team members, suppliers, designers, contractors, dealers, and customers regarding product information.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email campaigns, social media content, paid advertising, and promotional materials.
• Monitor website performance, customer inquiries, online orders, and potential conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate product data, inventory information, customer records, and online sales records.
• Assist with customer service, including responding to product questions, order questions, and general online inquiries.
• Research competitors, online pricing, product presentation
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Location:

• Waverly, Ohio / Remote / Hybrid
• Candidate should be able to report to the Waverly office once every week for in-person meetings, updates, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, e-commerce, graphic design, interior design, or a related field.
• 3+ years prior experience in e-commerce, online retail, digital marketing, website management, or a related field.
• Experience and familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Amazon, Wayfair, Houzz, or similar platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with product data, spreadsheets, images, website content, and online platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO, digital advertising, social media marketing, or online customer conversion.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a growing business environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate product and customer information.
• Experience with cabinetry, furniture, home improvement, construction materials, interior design, or building products is a plus.

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Compensation: $25-30 per hour, or based on experience and qualifications.
