Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ann Arbor, MI, for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure high standards of customer service, and maintain inventory and budgets. Responsibilities include hiring and training employees, developing operational procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving financial performance. The General Manager will also collaborate with marketing teams to promote the business and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills, including hiring, training, and staff development
• Experience in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Financial management skills, including budgeting, inventory management, and driving financial performance
• Customer service skills and the ability to maintain high standards of service
• Experience in marketing and promotional activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience with Toast POS systems
• Experience with 7shifts scheduling platform
• Salary range from $67,500-$75,000
