What You’ll Do

As a Per-diem Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals in their daily lives. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks. - Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals and fostering independence. - Encouraging participation in community activities and social engagements. - Ensuring a safe and supportive environment at all times. - Communicating effectively with team members, families, and individuals to provide the best care possible.
