The Turf Pro plays a vital role in driving sales and ensuring high-quality turf installations through expert consultations, accurate quote preparation, and effective deal closure. This position demands strong leadership in operational management, proactive pipeline development, and a commitment to maintaining company standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site consultations to assess turf needs and opportunities
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for clients
• Close sales deals while actively generating leads and building referral partnerships
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure excellence in every installation
• Monitor key performance indicators including sales, installation quality, customer satisfaction, and margins

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in sales and turf management
• Landscaping, Landscape Design, Landscape Architect or Construction experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Effective time management abilities
