Keep the Magic Sparkling - Join Our Custodial Leadership Team!

Position: Custodial Lead - Enchanted Forest Water Safari

Do you take pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces? We're looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on leader to oversee our custodial team and ensure every guest enjoys a spotless experience at the park!

What You'll Do:

  • Champion our Custodial Standard of Excellence and restroom sanitation.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of custodians to deliver top-notch cleanliness.
  • Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
  • Inspect restrooms and facilities regularly, correcting issues and retraining staff as needed.
  • Maintain inventory and order cleaning supplies.
  • Promote and enforce safe work practices at all times.
  • Serve as a role model for attention to detail, work ethic, and professionalism.
