Waste Recruiters

Our client is a rapidly growing waste company seeking a Recruiter in Houston area. The Recruiter is responsible for leading the full-cycle hiring process, focusing on attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for operations, CDL drivers, maintenance, customer service, and administrative positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, ensure compliance with background screening, drug testing, and DOT requirements, and maintain accurate recruiting records. The Recruiter also supports onboarding and retention efforts while leveraging strong interviewing skills, knowledge of employment laws and CDL hiring requirements, and effective communication to meet key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, new hire retention, and hiring manager satisfaction. Salary in the 60-70k range plus benefits.
