Fall Harvest Truck Drivers and Implement Operators Needed

Local family-owned farm is seeking hardworking individuals to join our fall harvest team. We need reliable truck drivers to haul sugar beets and grains from the fields to storage and processing locations. Candidates must have a farm endorsement or a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL). Prior experience hauling agricultural commodities is helpful but not required; we will consider motivated applicants who have a strong safety record and are willing to learn. Drivers should be comfortable operating heavy vehicles on gravel and rural roads, performing pre-trip inspections, securing loads, and following directions from field supervisors.

In addition to drivers, we are hiring implement operators for tractors, backhoes, combines, and a variety of other farm equipment used during harvest. Implement operators will perform field operations including loading, unloading, towing, and assisting with equipment setup and maintenance. Experience operating agricultural machinery is preferred. Operators should be mechanically inclined, able to communicate clearly with the team, and adaptable to variable field conditions.

The season typically runs from September through December, with hours that can vary daily depending on weather and crop conditions. We offer competitive seasonal pay, a safe work environment, and the opportunity to work with an experienced crew.
