Job description

We’re Hiring – Heavy Equipment Operator 
Location: Wasatch County, Utah
Employment Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our crew.

This project involves mass excavation, grading for roads, utility installation, and site development. We need dependable individuals who know how to run a range of equipment and work well with others in a fast-moving environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years of experience in excavation work

  • Skilled in operating dozers, excavators, graders, mini-excavators, skid steers, and loaders

  • Experience installing utilities (sewer, water, storm)

  • GPS or laser grading experience is a plus

  • Strong safety habits and a clean driving record

  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work full-time year-round

  • Must be able to pass a drug test

What You’ll Do

  • Operate equipment efficiently and safely

  • Follow directions from the superintendent and foreman, and work with other team members on site

  • Understand and work off grades and staking

  • Help keep job sites clean, organized, and productive

  • Take pride in doing top-quality work, every time
