CDL-A Dedicated Team Truck Driver

Earn $2,100 Average Weekly Gross Per Driver | Dedicated FedEx Ground Routes

Warrior Logistics, a proud veteran-owned and operated company, is hiring CDL-A Dedicated Team Drivers for high-mileage FedEx Ground routes. Whether you already have a teammate or are willing to be paired with another qualified driver, this is an opportunity to earn top pay with consistent freight, modern equipment, and excellent benefits.

  • $110,000 average annual earnings per driver

Position Details

  • Dedicated FedEx Ground team routes
  • High-mileage runs with consistent freight
  • Typically 5–7 days out, with opportunities to stay out longer if preferred
  • 100% Drop & Hook
  • No-Touch Freight
  • Driver-friendly loads and schedules

Equipment

Drive late-model 2023 Freightliner Cascadias equipped with:

  • Refrigerator
  • Flat Screen TV
  • Microwave
  • SiriusXM Radio

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 12 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience
  • Safe driving record
  • Must be willing to drive as part of a team
  • Have a teammate or be willing to team with another qualified driver

Recent CDL School Graduates Welcome

Graduates of FedEx-approved truck driving schools may be eligible to apply, even without the full experience requirement.
