We are currently looking to add a Veterinary Technician to our fast paced and growing clinic. Currently we have four full time and two part time Veterinarians. We see a full schedule of of both appointments and walk-ins Monday through Friday. Our Clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. As we have been around since 1984, our clients expect top notch service catered to their needs and it is our mission to make sure all clients and their fur babies leave feeling satisfied.
Daily tasks for technicians include assisting doctors with exams using proper restraint methods, administering medications and vaccinations, venipuncture, anesthesia monitoring, entering charges accurately into AviMark software, cleaning and more. Education/Certification is preferred but not required. Training is provided but we ask that you have at lest one year previous experience as a Technician.
Paid holidays and no weekend shifts. Health, Dental and Vision insurance, retirement plan, employee discount, uniform allowance after three months. Paid time off after one year.
