Position SummaryThe Safety Manager is responsible for leading and executing all safety initiatives, compliance programs, risk mitigation efforts, and training activities for the Cleveland-based operating companies of Warren Roofing and Cleveland Building Restoration (CBR). This role serves as a strategic partner to field leadership, operations, HR, and executive management to foster a proactive, people-first safety culture across all construction operations.
The Safety Manager will oversee safety compliance for employees operating in active commercial construction environments including roofing, masonry restoration, glazing, service, and sheet metal operations. This individual will drive accountability, consistency, training, incident reduction, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all jobsites and facilities.
This role requires a highly visible field presence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to influence both office and field personnel while balancing operational realities with regulatory and company safety standards.
This role requires regular travel between jobsites, offices, warehouses, and customer locations. The Safety Manager must be comfortable working in active construction environments including exposure to heights, outdoor weather conditions, dust, noise, and physically demanding jobsite conditions.
