About the Role

We're hiring a Head of Demand Generation to own the top of Warp's funnel and turn our Series B momentum into pipeline. You'll own how ambitious companies discover Warp and decide to talk to us: paid, SEO, content, email, lifecycle, web conversion, and the demand programs that feed a growing sales team. You'll partner closely with our COO on brand and with our Head of Sales on conversion.

This is a builder and player-coach role. You'll set the strategy, write the content, run channels, dig into the data, and build the demand gen function as Warp scales.

What You'll Do

• Own marketing-sourced pipeline as a number, driving 3-4x coverage on the bookings target.

• Own inbound demand gen strategy and execution across all channels

• Build and run integrated campaigns across content, email, paid, SEO, and organic that generate qualified pipeline.

• Own the website and conversion funnel, from messaging and landing pages to CRO and experimentation.

• Manage paid advertising across Google, LinkedIn, and other channels

• Write content and campaign messaging that speaks directly to People, Ops, and Finance leaders.

• Partner closely with the sales team to align campaigns with pipeline goals, attribution, routing and conversion

• Build reporting to understand performance, optimize spend, and make smart investment decisions.

• Build and lead the demand gen function as Warp scales.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years in demand gen or growth marketing at a B2B sales-led SaaS company

• Proven track record building inbound programs that generate measurable pipeline

• Strong writer who can create compelling content and campaign messaging for a business audience.

• Hands-on experience across paid, SEO, email, and lifecycle marketing.

• Data-driven and analytical - you think in funnels and can tie spend to pipeline to revenue.

• Player-coach who can run channels yourself today and build a team as we grow.

• Strong partnership with Sales and a revenue-first mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing to founders, finance, or people and ops buyers.

• Fintech, HR tech, or developer-adjacent background.

• Prior experience managing a small team
