What you’ll be doing

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hourly roles across multiple sites
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to deliver fast, effective hiring outcomes
• Represent the business in local communities through fairs, schools, and outreach initiatives
• Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and hiring processes to ensure seamless delivery

What you’ll bring

• 2-5 years’ recruitment experience within manufacturing, construction, or similar environments
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring with strong coordination skills
• Confidence engaging stakeholders and candidates in both office and on-site settings
• Creative sourcing mindset beyond traditional platforms
