  • Proactively identify and resolve production risks before they impact delivery timelines
  • Build strong relationships across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain
  • Lead high-performing teams focused on accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment
  • Proven ability to manage an organization of 25-30 individuals

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, operational planning, and KPI management
  • Demonstrated success driving productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to make critical decisions in fast-paced manufacturing environments
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
  • Experience managing competing priorities while maintaining production commitments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background leading manufacturing operations involving customized or build-to-order products
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, OSHA, or related operational excellence training/certifications
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, or Production Planning teams
  • Technical or mechanical background with the ability to effectively support and lead production teams
