Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service by answering customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and processing requests efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer policies and handle policy renewals and changes promptly.
  • Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring they understand the procedure and providing necessary documentation support.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist customers in identifying their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options to ensure comprehensive protection.
  • Work closely with sales and underwriting teams to ensure consistent service delivery and resolve customer issues collaboratively.

Requirements
  • Must possess an active Ohio Property & Casualty License or willing to Obtain.
  • Previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and issues with a positive attitude.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with insurance-related software systems is preferable.
