About the Role

Worldwide Sourcing Group is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing & Web Manager to oversee our online presence, company websites, digital marketing initiatives, and email campaigns. This position is ideal for an individual with strong WordPress experience, graphic design skills, and a passion for creating impactful digital marketing strategies.

This role will be based exclusively in our Gardena, California office. Applicants must be available to work on-site.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management

• Design, develop, and maintain multiple company websites using WordPress.
• Ensure websites are functional, visually appealing, and aligned with company branding.
• Monitor website performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Digital Marketing

• Create engaging and brand-consistent digital content.
• Manage and optimize nationwide Google Business Listings.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Analyze website and marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Email Marketing

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact.
• Design newsletters and promotional email content.
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and campaign analytics.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.

Creative Development

• Design graphics and marketing materials for websites and digital campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.
• Stay current on emerging trends in web design, SEO, and digital marketing.

QualificationsRequired

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing WordPress websites.
• Experience with graphic design and digital content creation.
• Hands-on experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience using Google Analytics and website performance tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience managing multiple websites simultaneously.
• Advanced knowledge of digital advertising and lead-generation strategies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
