Job description

  • Conduct site survey work and supervise the testing works on authority buildings
    <\/li>\n
  • Ensure reinstatement works are in compliance with approved methods and procedures
    <\/li>\n
  • Ensure that all works are carried out in a safe and proper manner.
    <\/li>\n
  • Monitor and submit progress report based on Contractor's planned schedule and attend monthly progress meeting
    <\/li>\n
  • Verify all reports and claims submitted by the Contractors.
    <\/li>\n
  • Carry out computer data entry and emailing.
    <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • At least 3 years relevant working experience in the building construction industry.
      <\/li>\n
    • Accredited as Resident Technical Officers (RTO) with The Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES)
      <\/li>\n
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
      <\/li>\n
    • Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with residents in English and\/or one other official local
      <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
