  • Handle any procurement required to run events\/ projects, adhering to the procurement procedures, and ensure all payments are made to vendors.
    <\/li>\n
  • Collation of data on course programs and ensure timely submission of reports.
    <\/li>\n
  • Support the team to develop, promote and implement existing and new courses under the mentioned course programs at the CCs\/RCs\/NCs.
    <\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish collaboration to expand outreach to senior residents.
    <\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to plan the logistics\/manpower required to partake in the community events\/roadshows, ensuring smooth operation at the roadshows where course try out, on\-the\-spot sign\-up and any other activities are run as planned.
    <\/li>\n
  • Assist with the organizing of post\-event appreciation gathering for the CNY Garden Party.

    • Bilingual and conversant in English and Mother Tongue
      <\/li>\n
    • Preferably have at least degree qualification and proficient in both written and spoken English language.
      <\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge of MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
      <\/li>\n
    • Have relevant working experiences in engaging seniors particularly in the area of customer service, community relations and event management.
      <\/li>\n
    • Have relevant working experiences in engaging minority residents or young parents
