Speech & Language Pathologist

Must have a valid California teaching credential authorizing service in (language, speech, and hearing).

Required documents include:

  • Answers to supplemental questions (submit a link to a video of yourself describing your educational background and why you want to teach at WPUSD. Limit 5 minutes.)
  • Copy of transcript(s)
  • Credential copy
  • Letter of introduction
  • Letter(s) of recommendation (3 minimum)

New speech & language pathologists entering Western Placer Unified School District system will receive full credit for each year of experience teaching in United States/American schools requiring a United States/American credential. All SLP's with less than 9 years of experience will start on step 9. Our health benefits package is very comprehensive with a cap of $14,424 annually.
