Job description

About the Role:
Join WKC GLASS LLC as a Glass Fabricator and become an integral part of our dedicated team in San Antonio, TX! In this exciting role, you will work with high-quality glass products, ensuring precision and craftsmanship in every piece.

Responsibilities:
  • Cut, shape, and polish glass according to specifications and project requirements.
  • Operate glass fabrication machinery with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to glass fabrication.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in glass fabrication is a plus.
  • Previous experience in glass fabrication or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient in operating hand tools and machinery related to glass work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
