1099 Cleaning Technician

 Bradenton/ Sarasota/Riverview Area

 Part-Time | Nights & Weekends

 Must Have Reliable Transportation

 Immediate Start Available

WHO Cleaning Services is currently hiring dependable and detail-oriented independent contractors for a part-time cleaning position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and is available to start ASAP. Being able to follow specific expectations is key!

Position Details:

Part-time 1099 contractor position

Current hours primarily include evenings and weekends

Numerous cleanings in one evening

Opportunity for additional hours as business grows

Commercial cleaning assignments with some residential

Requirements:

Must pass a background check

Must pass a drug screening

Must have your own reliable vehicle

Must be dependable and punctual

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Cleaning experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

General cleaning and sanitizing

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping

Kitchen and bathroom cleaning

Trash removal (this will require you taking it with you at some locations)

Detail cleaning

Following cleaning checklists and company standards
