Wabash Castings | Wabash, IN

Looking for a hands-on career in manufacturing? Join Wabash Castings as a Finish Blast Assembly Operator, where you'll help transform aluminum castings into finished products that power trucks, construction equipment, and industrial machinery across North America.

We're looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in quality workmanship, and want to be part of a team that supports one another.

What You'll Do
  • Clean and finish aluminum castings using blast equipment and hand tools.
  • Assemble components according to work instructions.
  • Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Prepare finished products for the next stage of production.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Work with your team to meet production goals while producing quality parts.
What We're Looking For
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive work throughout the shift.
  • Manufacturing experience is helpful, but we'll train motivated individuals.
