Our client is an established Dallas-based private lender providing fix-and-flip, bridge and DSCR rental property loans to residential property investors across the United States. The company combines substantial institutional capital with experienced underwriting and relationship-led support.

We are looking for a driven, high performing Account Executive to build relationships with property investors and brokers, generate new business and support clients with suitable financing solutions.

Previous lending experience is not essential, as full product training will be provided. We welcome proven sales performers from estate agencies, mortgage businesses, financial services, FinTech, PropTech, B2B SaaS and other target-driven environments.

• Identify and contact prospective borrowers and broker partners.
• Build and manage a pipeline of lending opportunities.
• Understand clients’ investment plans and recommend suitable financing.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales process.
• Work closely with underwriting and operations.
• Meet agreed sales and performance targets.

• Professional sales or business development experience.
• Evidence of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Strong prospecting and new-business skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
• A competitive, resilient and proactive approach.
• Ability to understand financial products and numerical information.
• Genuine interest in property, finance or investment.
• Ability to work from the Dallas office.
