At Vora Marketing Group, we’re hiring a Retail Sales Associate to represent a leading food and beverage brand inside retail locations across the Atlanta area. This role puts you directly in front of customers – starting conversations, building interest, and turning quick interactions into real sales.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’re not following a script. You’re reading the moment, adjusting how you communicate, and making sure customers leave with a clear understanding of the product and a reason to buy.

What you’ll be responsible for as a Retail Sales Associate:

• Engage customers in retail environments and introduce featured food and beverage products through direct, in-person interaction
• Create a strong first impression that encourages customers to learn more and stay engaged in the conversation
• Present product features, benefits, and promotions in a way that feels natural and easy for customers to understand
• Guide customers toward purchase decisions while keeping the experience positive and straightforward
• Maintain awareness of daily sales activity and adjust how you approach customers to improve results
• Represent the brand with professionalism and consistency during every customer interaction
• Work alongside other Retail Sales Associate team members to maintain strong energy and steady performance on the retail floor

What we look for in a Retail Sales Associate:

• Interest in building experience in sales, retail marketing, or brand representation from the entry level
• Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day and keeping conversations productive
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced retail setting
• A mindset that connects effort with outcome, especially in a performance-based sales role
• Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful, but not required
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve performance over time as a Retail Sales Associate

A paycheck you can count on, and commissions that go as far as your ambition. Compensation is based on an hourly wage and commissions earned with every sale. Average total compensation is reflected in the estimated earnings.
