  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and execution plans.

  • Coordinate engineering releases, procurement activities, manufacturing schedules, testing, logistics, and final deliveries.

  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, constraints, and schedule issues.

  • Ensure projects remain aligned with approved scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

  • Lead project kick-off meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

  • Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate project records.

  • Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance.

  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams.

  • Track action items, deliverables, and accountability across project participants.

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customers.

  • Manage customer expectations and support resolution of project-related concerns.

  • Monitor project milestones, budgets, resource utilization, and key performance indicators.

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation and recovery plans.

  • Support implementation of project management best practices, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Project Coordinators and mentor junior team members as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

  • 3-7 years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, renewable energy, or technical environments.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • PMP certification or progress toward certification preferred.

  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Asana preferred.

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar) preferred.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing production planning and scheduling preferred.

  • Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies preferred.

Why Join Us?

  • Lead high-impact projects in a growing, global manufacturing environment.

  • Work cross-functionally across U.S. and international teams.

  • Drive process improvements and operational excellence across the organization.
