Health Insurance Account Manager – Melbourne, FL

We’re seeking an experienced Health Insurance Account Manager to manage client relationships, benefits administration, renewals, and day-to-day account needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships
• Coordinate enrollments, renewals, and plan changes
• Resolve billing, claims, and eligibility issues
• Work with carriers, brokers, and internal teams

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of health insurance or employee benefits experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Insurance license preferred
