Role has a strong focus on corporate, compliance, commercial and competition law related matters of the Company, including being responsible for the drafting and proper execution of all corporate documentation of the company and its subsidiaries and alignments with senior stakeholders of the company.Draft and have ready for execution by the Company’s board of directors or other senior stakeholders of all appropriate corporate documentation, ensuring that appropriate internal approvals have been obtained prior to execution.Provide legal guidance, support, and ensure compliance across various departments, including but not limited to Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Sales, advising stakeholders on regulatory changes and industry trends specifically with regards to competition law, health & safety, anti-bribery and AML legislation.Work with company’s relevant departmentsDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (partners, suppliers, corporate clients, sponsorships, public procurement contracts), as well as other legal documents.Who you areBachelor’s Degree in Law from an accredited law school (Master’s degree is considered a plus)8+ years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, including experience in litigation (civil, criminal and administrative) and drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements.Experience in the telecommunications industry and in competition law is considered a strong plus.Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectivelyStrong contract drafting and negotiation skillsFluency in Greek and English, both written and spokenMember of Greek Bar AssociationNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
