Responsibilities:

Provide skilled PTA services under the supervision of a licensed PT

Carry out individualized treatment plans in patients’ homes

Document patient progress accurately and timely

Communicate effectively with supervising PTs, physicians, and caregivers

Help patients improve mobility, safety, strength, and independence

Requirements:

Active New Jersey PTA license

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Home care experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and time management skills

Passion for patient-centered care

Service Area:

Essex County, NJ — including Livingston, West Orange, Verona, Cedar Grove, Bloomfield, Glen Ridge, and Montclair.
