Job Description

Tired of working a typical job that feels like it could never be a career? Breathe easy...we have a unique job opportunity with growth opportunities to offer the right person. Step up and tell us what makes you stand out from the sea of people who will apply for this demanding, yet rewarding position.

Our team is faced with at times a very heavy workload in a chaotic environment. The best way to describe our business is that we are a trauma center for damaged properties; emergencies, drama, insurance companies, emotions, success stories... At Paul Davis we value:

  • a positive attitude.
  • good character.
  • strong work ethic.
  • accountability/no excuses.
  • to enjoy helping people.
  • a desire to solve problems and learn.
  • the ability to laugh at yourself.
Qualifications

We would love to meet the unicorn of a person who has worked in disaster restoration repairs for a few years, has mastered Xactimate, and already has IICRC and OSHA certifications. Even if that is not your experience, please apply if you:

  • are tech savvy.
  • love solving puzzles.
  • are able to work in an often reactive, emergent environment.
  • are able to stay calm and prioritize.
  • enjoy meeting people.
  • can learn to thoroughly document the damages to a property as if you are a crime scene investigator.
  • are able to take quality photos and accurately measure rooms and structures.
  • can run a project from start to finish.
  • are able to communicate well verbally and electronically.
Additional Information

Salary is very competitive with potential performance-based bonus/commission. All technology and training needed to perform your job will be provided. Depending on your exact needs once established, a company vehicle may be provided, as well. Health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc., are available.
