Primary daily requirements include: Installing and repairing customer's hardware and software on their computers, notebooks, and tablets. Some sales and answering customer calls and dealing with customers in person.
We are looking for...
- An independent self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can solve our customer's diverse technical issues.
- Experience in PC/network repair and installation is required, with MCSE, MCP, A+/N+ Certifications are preferred - but not required.
- Someone who knows how to build PCs and troubleshoot them.
- Someone who loves all things tech and is responsible.
- Excellent customer service is required.
- This is an in-shop position. Monday - Friday 10 AM - 5 PM & some Saturdays 10 AM - 2 PM.
