Furthermore, sourcing good wine for our guests goes far beyond simply curating bottles.
We work to provide impeccable hospitality to each of our clients, working specifically with each individual to curate the best experience possible. At Vinya, we strive to connect people who are driven by passion, quality, hospitality, and hustle. We believe that the best way to achieve that is through building a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to learning, growing, and setting goals, while also surpassing them along the way. At Vinya, there's always a seat for you at our table.
We are looking for an enthusiastic server to provide an excellent guest experience. Our ideal server will be able multitask while exceeding customers' expectations. They will also have a solid base of wine knowledge to assist guiding our guests through our extensive wine selection. Our Wine Bar and Market is complete with a full kitchen offering small plates and shareable dishes. Compensation includes salary and tips. We pay a higher than normal hourly wage and our hours of operation at the bar, 11am-10pm, should be very attractive to those servers not wanting to work late nights.

- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills:
- Resume and proven working experience as a server
- Excellent knowledge of wines, beers and spirits
- Computer literacy
- Spanish fluent is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep their work area organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate'
