Villa Verde has grown from a food truck in 2013 to four thriving locations, and we’re elevating our flagship into a fine dining destination. We’re seeking servers and hosts who embody our values of integrity, community, and exceptional service. You’ll be the face of Villa Verde, helping guests experience elevated Dominican cuisine while being part of something bigger than just a restaurant.
About You: You listen well, you’re coachable, and you want to be part of something bigger than yourself. Fine dining experience in the area is a plus.
The Role: You’ll deliver exceptional service while anticipating guest needs and making a real impact. You’re investing in people as people—that’s ultimately why we do this. You’ll support the kitchen, build relationships with guests, and help set the standard for Villa Verde’s fine dining experience.
Why Villa Verde: We’ve partnered with Eastern Carolina University catering food for their basketball, football, and baseball teams, run food and beverage operations for Hyster Yale, collaborate with MrBeast Games catering all meals for cast members, and support community programs like Joy Soup Kitchen.
