What You'll Be Doing

As an HHA at Villa of Delray, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents during the night. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with personal care needs, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitoring residents’ health and reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to create a warm and caring environment.
• Ensuring a clean and safe living space by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Adhering to all care plans and maintaining accurate documentation of services provided.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a compassionate and reliable individual who meets the following qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with residents and their families.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with basic caregiving techniques and safety protocols.
• Dedication: A genuine passion for helping others and a strong sense of responsibility.
