View Movement is a short-form video agency that helps doctors, authors, thought leaders, and mission-driven creators grow their message through social media. Our clients aren't influencers chasing clout, they're people with real missions trying to reach more people. And you'll be the person making sure that happens smoothly, every single day.


This role averages around four hours of focused work per day, but those hours are (can be) scattered, not blocked. Onboarding calls, client questions, and team coordination happen when they happen, so we need someone who treats this like their company too, not someone watching a clock. You don't need to be online from 9 to 5, but you do need to be responsive, engaged, and genuinely invested in our clients' success. If you have a heart of service and want to own a role rather than just fill a shift, this is for you. The role currently requires about four hours per day, but we're hoping that someone's going to work into a full-time role with us as time goes on. Obviously, compensation will go up dramatically.


The Role


You'll be the glue between our clients and our production team. You're the person who makes sure clients feel taken care of, projects stay on track, and nothing falls through the cracks.


This means:


  • Being the first point of contact for clients answering questions, hopping on calls, solving problems
  • Coordinating a remote team of editors, creative directors, and quality checkers spread across multiple time zones
  • Running a daily check on every client's project status to catch issues before they become problems
  • Onboarding new clients and making sure they have an amazing first experience
  • Managing the offboarding process when clients wrap up


This is a 4 hour per day role, done remotely, Monday through Friday. It's fast-paced, detail-heavy, and perfect for someone who gets satisfaction from keeping things organized and running like clockwork.


You're a Great Fit If You

  • Are extremely detail-oriented and organized the kind of person who notices when something is off before anyone else does
  • Are a natural problem-solver things will come up that aren't in the playbook, and you'll need to figure them out on your own
  • Communicate clearly and warmly — our clients need to feel like they're in great hands
  • Are comfortable getting on calls with clients and leading conversations
  • Can manage multiple priorities without letting anything slip
  • Have experience with Slack, Discord, Google Sheets, or similar tools (or can learn them quickly)
  • Thrive in a remote environment where you manage your own time
