We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong ServiceNow expertise to lead the delivery of enterprise ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, closure)

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Manage Agile/Scrum or hybrid project methodologies

Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
ServiceNow Delivery & Implementation

Oversee implementation of ServiceNow modules such as:

ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
-
ITOM (Discovery, Event Management)
-
HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
-
CSM (Customer Service Management)
-
Coordinate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and admins

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform governance

Manage upgrades, integrations, and enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience

10+ years of experience in IT project management

3 5+ years managing ServiceNow implementations
-
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects
Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)

Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs)

Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and data model

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Project Management Skills
