Video only is currently seeking an energetic salesperson to join our Tacoma team! We are a company that has been in business for over 44 years in the Premium TV and Home Theater industry. We have some sales positions that are becoming available as some of our long time veterans have now retired. This opens up an opportunity for us to mold the next generation into incredible salespeople while simultaneously being in one of the highest commission structures still available in retail industry. In this role, you will learn skills that will extend far beyond the sales floor!

The ideal candidate would be a coachable person who enjoys interacting with people, likes having the ability to write their own paycheck, and thrives in a customer service driven environment! Our salespeople enjoy working for Video Only as we carry the very best TVs and Home theater equipment- with over 70 TVs on display from basic TVs to the high end OLED and even 98" TVs!! This allows our staff to have fun with customers while guiding them into new toys they will enjoy for years to come. Video Only has been developing salespeople for over 4 decades & we hold a commitment to your success!

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

- Process transactions accurately using provided POS system.

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise

- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email

- Utilize effective time management to balance customer service and store tasks

- Load out sold merchandise safely and effectively to customers vehicles

Helpful Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred

- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills

- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of technology sales is always a bonus
