Victoria Dance Productions is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable person to be the face of our studio on weeknights. If you're the kind of person who stays calm in a busy lobby, remembers a family's name, and quietly keeps everything running — we'd love to meet you.

This is a front-line role, and the heart of it is people. You'll be who parents come to all evening: greeting families, answering questions, solving the small problems before they become big ones, and keeping the studio welcoming and in good order from open to close.

What you'll do

• Run the front desk — greet families, answer phones and email, and be the friendly, steady presence in the lobby

• Handle day-to-day studio tasks in Jackrabbit: shoe sales, private-lesson and rehearsal scheduling, payments, and attendance

• Keep the space tidy, stocked, and ready — opening and closing the building each night

• Support dancers and parents, and help with recital, events, and seasonal parties throughout the year

What we're looking for

• Warm, patient, and calm with a steady stream of parent questions

• Reliable and self-directed — comfortable opening, closing, and running the desk on your own

• Comfortable learning software (we use Jackrabbit, Gmail, and Google Drive)

• Discreet with confidential and financial information

• Prior front-desk, admin, or customer-facing experience a plus

Edina, MN (on-site)
️ Season: September 1 – June 15
⏰ Monday–Thursday, 4:15–8:30 PM, plus occasional Saturday mornings and event dates
Paid hourly · potential summer hours
