This is a temporary, seasonal position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assemble flasher units, power cables, and related accessories according to established work instructions and quality standards
Conduct visual inspections and functional testing to ensure proper assembly and operation
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Report any product or process issues to the supervisor
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Required Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in light manufacturing or electronic assembly preferred, but not required training provided
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to use basic hand tools and small power tools safely
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
Legal right to work in the United States and commute to our onsite location in Bloomington MN
