Configure and integrate the BHL Touch commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) platform and its associated Onboarding Application, coordinating directly with the COTS vendor on systems configuration changes, API integrations, and new online data collection forms driven by Congressional feedback or program policy changes.

Manage the Onboarding Application's identity and access workflows, including synchronization between VA's grants management system (UDPaaS) and the DCT.

Support troubleshooting of SSOe/ID.me authentication and API endpoint issues affecting BHL Touch and Power BI integration.

This position is contingent on contract award.
