The Fire Sprinkler Fitter/Foreman plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient installation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems across residential and commercial projects. This position involves overseeing small teams of 2-4 members, coordinating installations and inspections, and managing safety adherence on multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Install and inspect fire sprinkler systems according to specifications
• Supervise and direct a team of 2-4 fitters on site
• Manage safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
• Interpret blueprints to guide installation and repairs
• Coordinate with customers and project manager
• Travel regularly across multiple residential and commercial sites

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fire sprinkler fitting and foreman roles
• Possession of a valid fitter card
• Strong skills in fire sprinkler installation and blueprint reading
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Thorough knowledge of safety compliance standards
• Mechanical aptitude with effective problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and project management capabilities
