    • Lead by example as you train and mentor fellow veterinary technicians, helping them excel in their roles.
    • Collaborate with the team to update and implement medical protocols, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
    • Leverage your experience in patient triage to assess and prioritize cases effectively.
    • Assist veterinarians in various medical procedures, surgeries, and anesthesia monitoring.
    • Maintain meticulous patient records and uphold the hospital's documentation standards.
    • Engage with clients through clear communication, offering guidance on pet care and treatment plans.
    • Contribute to a seamless patient care workflow by working closely with the veterinary team.
    • Participate in ongoing training programs to support the professional growth of your team.

    Qualifications:

    • Veterinary Technician with a passion for animal care and at least 2 years of experience or valid credentialing.
    • Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring other veterinary technicians.
    • Strong background in updating and implementing medical protocols.
    • Proficient in patient triage and providing efficient, high-quality care.
    • Skilled in surgical assistance, anesthesia monitoring, and laboratory procedures.
    • Excellent communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional multitasking abilities.
