Position Overview

In this role, you will work closely with our veterinarians and support staff to provide medical, surgical, and preventive care services. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where your technical abilities and compassion will make a meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during patient exams, diagnostics, and surgeries

• Monitor anesthesia and ensure patient safety throughout surgical procedures

• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations

• Collect laboratory samples and perform in-house testing

• Maintain accurate and thorough patient medical records

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners regarding care instructions and follow-up

• Support daily clinic operations and maintain a clean, well-organized work environment

Candidate Requirements

Current LVT license in the state of Michigan (or eligibility for licensure)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Solid time management and organizational abilities

• A positive attitude and willingness to continue growing professionally
