Job Summary:

They are seeking a Trade Marketing Analyst to analyze market data and consumer behavior, providing insights that drive business growth and optimize marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance go-to-market plans, including influencing pricing and in-store execution strategies.
• Analyze sales and market data, providing actionable insights to Sales and Trade Marketing managers.
• Create and oversee reports tracking business results while constantly eyeing market trends and competitor activities.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and develop comprehensive processes to benefit sales & trade marketing efforts.
• Work across various teams to streamline both local & global reporting, translating raw data into successful strategies.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2-4 years is sales analytics or a sales marketing role.
• Strong capabilities using Excel, working Nielsen, IRI, SPINS, Numerator insights, and powerpoint.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Skilled in root‑cause analysis, solution based thinking, and responsive decision‑making.
• Strong background in translating analysis into compelling sales narratives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with careful attention to detail.
• Capable of excellent communication, able to engage and resonate with a diverse audience.
• Experience thriving within a team, contributing to its high performance.
• Commitment to using insights to drive strategy execution and operational excellence.
