Join the team at Mildred's Table at The Vermont Country Store in Weston! We're currently seeking Seasonal Host/Hostesses to help support our busy and growing restaurant through the fall season - with the possibility for continued employment beyond. We're looking for dependable, hardworking, and energetic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in helping keep our restaurant running smoothly. If you're reliable, positive, and ready to be part of a welcoming Vermont hospitality team, we'd love to hear from you!

What you bring to the team

  • Availability to work on holidays and weekends
  • Full time or part time hours
  • Dependability and flexibility to assume a wide variety of tasks
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • A positive and team-oriented approach

A Sampling of What You'll Do:

  • Welcome customers into the restaurant and seat them in a timely manner
  • Manage bookings, either in person or over the phone
  • Provide a point of contact for customer feedback and helping to resolve any customer issues
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the front of the house area
  • Assist with opening and closing of the restaurant
  • All other duties as assigned
