Lead Commercial & Residential Painter / Drywall Finisher

We are seeking an experienced Lead Painter / Drywall Finisher to join our growing team in San Diego. We are looking for a dependable professional with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects in both commercial and residential environments.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise painting crews on commercial and residential projects
• Prepare surfaces including patching, sanding, texture matching, and drywall repairs
• Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting
• Coordinate materials, schedules, and daily jobsite activities
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
• Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and project managers
• Operate company vehicles responsibly and professionally
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional painting experience
• Strong drywall repair and finishing experience required
• Experience with both commercial and residential projects
• Ability to lead crews and work independently
• Clean DMV record required to drive company truck
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
