We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team at Davenport Nursing and Rehab, a cozy 60-bed facility in Davenport, Florida. As a CNA with Vered Healthcare Group, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid certification

  Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
