Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Assistant Restaurant Manager will supervise all FOH daily procedures, including ensuring the highest quality of customer service is being given and team members are increasingly being trained, coached and developed the appropriate way. Together with the other members of the management team, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will abide by a Daily Manager Agenda and ensure that all FOH scheduling is conducted in accordance with the budget. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also be involved with marketing strategies and assisting in making sure they are planned and executed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
  • This position requires a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high volume restaurant
  • The Assistant Restaurant Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and the mentoring of others
  • The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Assistant Restaurant Manager
  • Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Assistant Restaurant Manager
