🎯 What You'll Do
Meet with pre-qualified homeowners
Conduct professional sales presentations
Understand customer needs and recommend solar and roofing solutions
Build trust and establish strong customer relationships
Present pricing and financing options
Negotiate and close deals
Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong pipeline
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Proven sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and competitive personality
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Ability to work with homeowners and build rapport quickly
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work in the field and meet with customers
Solar or roofing experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training.
