Position will also require work with customer systems, both remote and onsite including traveling to clients location for software installation and maintenance. IT Support Technician Duties and Responsibilities Maintain, monitor and support all aspects of networks, systems and infrastructure with emphasis in: - VMWare vSphere infrastructure - NAS/SAN storage - Asterisk PBX and SIP devices - Routers and firewalls - Network cabling - Microsoft Exchange - LDAP, DNS, DHCP, SQL - Mobile devices - Third-party hardware and software Provide help desk support for internal users

Register and process support tickets. Work with external vendors resolving product issues Install Vega and third-party products internally and at customer sites Training and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with at least three years of relevant work experience.
