What You'll Do
- Lead engaging and motivating Pilates classes for clients of all fitness levels
- Deliver safe, effective instruction while maintaining proper form and technique
- Create a welcoming and encouraging environment for every member
- Build relationships that drive client retention and community engagement
- Assist with studio events, member outreach, and special programming
- Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold the Vaura experience standards
- Pilates certification (Reformer and/or Mat)
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Ability to deliver high-energy, professional classes
- Availability for mornings, evenings, and/or weekends preferred
